Job Summary:

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and Microsoft applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and working with ticketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Office 365.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Resolve technical issues via ticketing system.
  • Perform hardware/software installations and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of desktop support experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Active Directory and ticketing tools.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
