We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Desktop Support Engineer (Night Shift) to provide end-user support for Windows and macOS devices, resolve basic networking issues, and ensure smooth IT operations during off-business hours.

Here's what you will get to explore:

  • Provide first-level support for Windows and MacBook systems, including OS issues, software installations, and patch updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, peripheral, and application issues reported by users.
  • Perform routine checks, system health monitoring, and overnight software rollouts or updates.
  • Support VPN access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and LAN troubleshooting.
  • Handle account-related support (password resets, profile issues, etc.) via Active Directory or MDM platforms.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
  • Maintain and update asset inventory, and coordinate with day-shift teams for follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and SOPs during all support operations.
  • Coordinate with global teams or external vendors for remote troubleshooting if required.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS Monterey/Ventura.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of basic networking: IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune) and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are tech agnostic, think innovatively and take calculated risk
