Full Time
1) Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
2) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, internet connectivity, and basic network-related problems.
3) Handle incident tickets, service requests, and maintain proper documentation in ticketing tools.
4) Install and configure desktop hardware, software, and applications as per company standards.
5)Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
6) Provide support for IT asset management, tagging, and inventory updates.
7) Ensure regular system updates, antivirus checks, and health monitoring.
8) Support during onboarding/offboarding of employees (system setup, access configuration).
9) Maintain compliance with IT policies, security standards, and SOPs.
