Desktop Support Engineer - L1 / L2

ROLE: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive desktop and technical support to clients and customers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Windows 7/10 installation and troubleshooting
• Experience with Lotus Notes/Outlook client configuration
• Installation and configuration of antivirus and patch management systems
• Basic networking knowledge (router and switch configuration)
• 1-3 years of customer site support experience as IT executive
• Network printer setup and configuration
• Proficiency in MS Office, web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox)
• Active Directory/domain environment experience
• Mobile device management and email configuration
• Helpdesk ticketing systems and issue resolution
• Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 installation (Level 1)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

What We Offer: Take Home Package of ₹22,000 - ₹23,000 per month
