Working Days : 6 (Roaster off) Shifts : Rotational Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented L1 Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. This entry-level position is responsible for providing first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth IT operations for end-users. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve incoming help desk requests via ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and peripherals. Provide support for operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard software (MS Office, Outlook, etc.). Assist users with basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN). Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per defined SLAs. Create and maintain documentation for common technical issues and solutions. Set up new user accounts, email addresses, and user permissions as directed. Perform routine maintenance tasks like software updates and antivirus checks.
