Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Company: Jainco Consulting India Pvt Ltd Experience: 0 to 2 Years Shifts: Day Shift & Night Shift Location: Malad West, Mumbai Job Description: Hiring for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, install systems, and support end-users. Must have expertise in Windows OS, networking basics, and excellent problem-solving skills. (Male candidates are preferred) Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Provide support for Windows OS and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Assist users with login, printing, and system access issues Support remote access tools and resolve technical issues remotely when needed Maintain records of issues using ticketing systems Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests Follow IT policies and procedures for security and compliance Key Skills: Hardware and software troubleshooting Windows OS installation and support Basic networking knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) Ability to work in day or a night shift Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
