Role Summary: As a Field Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to end-users within your assigned region. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring optimal performance of IT equipment. Key Responsibilities: Handling all hardware-related issues. Troubleshooting of Desktop, Printers, LAN, and VPN-related issues. Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Outlook/Mail Client. Maintenance and troubleshooting of application software. Basic knowledge of Server OS. Qualification: 1+ years of experience in Field Desktop Support. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. Ability to work independently.
