Role Overview: You will be working as a Field Desktop Support Engineer, providing on-site technical support and assistance to end-users within your assigned region. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring optimal performance of IT equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Handling all hardware-related issues. - Troubleshooting of Desktop, Printers, LAN, and VPN-related issues. - Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Outlook/Mail Client. - Maintenance and troubleshooting of application software. - Basic knowledge of Server OS. Qualification Required: - 1+ years of experience in Field Desktop Support. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Ability to work independently.,
