Job Description

You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to end-users within your assigned region. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring optimal performance of IT equipment. Handling all hardware-related issues, troubleshooting Desktop, Printers, LAN, and VPN-related issues, installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Outlook/Mail Client, maintenance and troubleshooting of application software, and basic knowledge of Server OS are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in Field Desktop Support, a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and the ability to work independently.,
