Perform fiber splicing, OTDR testing and power-meter testing as per project requirement Handle fiber cable jointing, tray dressing and ODF/LIU termination Identify and resolve fiber faults, breaks, and signal loss issues Maintain proper splicing records, loss reports and daily work updates Follow safety standards while working on poles, ducts and OFC routes Coordinate with the team and complete assigned field tasks on time Ensure tools, splicing machine and OTDR are used properly and maintained in good condition Travel to project sites (local/outstation) when required
