Job Description

Install, repair, and maintain computer hardware systems and peripherals. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend suitable upgrades. Ensure hardware compatibility with software and network setups. Key Responsibilities Desktop & Laptop Support: Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of operating systems, applications, printers, and peripherals. Network Support: Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity; coordinate with ISPs for downtime issues. Data Backup (NAS): Manage scheduled backups, ensure data security, restore files when required, and monitor storage usage. Tally ERP: Provide technical support for Tally installations, troubleshooting, and backups; coordinate with accounts team for issues. CCTV Management: Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR configurations, storage checks, and ensure uptime. Biometric Attendance Systems: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain biometric devices; ensure accurate syncing of attendance records. Email & Office Tools: Assist with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace setup, troubleshooting, and user training. Security & Compliance: Update antivirus, manage patches, and enforce IT security best practices. Asset Management: Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and accessories. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for repairs, AMC, or escalated support. User Training & Support: Educate staff on IT best practices, backup awareness, and data safety.
