Job Description

Hitachi Digital Services is looking for Desktop Security and Compliance Lead to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of the organization.
Provide training and awareness programs on security best practices to employees.
Investigate incidents and respond to security breaches in a timely and effective manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the organization's security posture.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
