Job Description

Hitachi Digital Services is looking for Desktop Security and Compliance Lead to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of the organization.
Provide training and awareness programs on security best practices to employees.
Investigate incidents and respond to security breaches in a timely and effective manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in desktop security and compliance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO, HIPAA).
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Familiarity with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
