Desktop Engineer

As an IT Support Specialist at our company, your role will involve the maintenance and resolution of issues on end-user machines. This includes tasks such as OS installation & troubleshooting, endpoint security maintenance (e.g., pushing AD group policies, Anti-virus solutions, DLP, hard disk encryption), printer maintenance, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining all IT Infrastructure & network devices (e.g., servers, firewalls, switches, routers, printers, servers voice and internet lines, IOT sensors) across various locations. Your proactive identification of potential incidents and recurring issues will play a crucial role in providing permanent resolutions. Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance and resolution of issues on end-user machines - Installation and troubleshooting of operating systems - Endpoint security maintenance including pushing AD group policies, Anti-virus solutions, DLP, hard disk encryption - Maintenance of printers - Installing and maintaining IT Infrastructure & network devices such as servers, firewalls, switches, routers, printers, servers voice and internet lines, IOT sensors - Proactively identifying potential incidents and recurring issues Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree required - Experience: 1 year in IT (Preferred), 2 years total work experience (Preferred) Please note that the work location is in person at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
