Experience - 8 to 10 yrs
1. Setting up, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
2. Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, managing permissions, and onboarding new users.
3. Implementing and managing firewalls, antivirus software, access controls, and other security measures to protect systems and data.
4. Developing and implementing data backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
5. Monitoring system performance to identify and resolve issues, reduce downtime, and optimize resource usage.
6. Installing and configuring operating systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals.
7. Providing technical support to users and resolving complex IT issues across hardware, software, and network services.
8. Upgrading systems with new operating system versions and application software to maintain security and functionality.
9. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, IT policies, and an internal wiki for IT-related information.
10. Overseeing network components like routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure network file systems are accessible and functional.
