Roles and Responsibility

• Responds to and diagnoses problems through user discussions, troubleshooting, fault rectification, and problem escalation.
• Provides effective and timely resolution of users' problems, queries, or complaints.
• Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
• Develops own knowledge, shares best practices, and develops relevant solutions.
• May set day-to-day operational objectives as a formal team leader of more junior co-workers.
• Continuously improves day-to-day activities and processes.

• Minimum 2 years of practical professional experience in a particular area.
• Knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree.
• Fully proficient in executing established standards and works independently within set frames.
• Ability to develop own knowledge, share best practices, and develop relevant solutions.
• Experience in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
