Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Engineer L1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software systems.
Respond to and diagnose problems, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and escalating issues as needed.
Resolve user problems, queries, or complaints effectively and promptly.
Assist in hardware and software evaluation and recommend upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
Develop and implement solutions to improve day-to-day activities and processes.
Lead a team of junior co-workers and set daily operational objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with users at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration is essential.
Experience with teleperformance systems and technologies is preferred.
