Desktop Engineer – IT Infrastructure / End User Computing

Location: Chennai / Coimbatore

Experience: 2–4 Years

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT or relevant field

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Desktop Engineer to manage and support macOS & Windows devices, asset lifecycle, and secure endpoints using Jamf Pro & Microsoft Intune. Provide on-site/remote IT support, event AV setups, and ensure compliance across corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage support for macOS & Windows laptops
• Configure, deploy, maintain systems via Jamf Pro & Intune
• Ensure device security: encryption, patching, antivirus
• Application packaging & deployment via MDM
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
• Support AV setups for events, townhalls, conferences
• Maintain asset inventory, manage asset lifecycle
• LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, work with Meraki, Cisco, Juniper devices
• Provide VPN support & secure remote access
• Maintain IT documentation; drive process improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong in macOS & Windows 10/11 administration
• Hands-on Jamf Pro & Intune experience
• ServiceNow ITSM familiarity
• Network basics: VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi
• Experience with Cisco Meraki, Catalyst, Juniper
• AV/events setup & troubleshooting
• Endpoint security, encryption, compliance
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Customer-first attitude, attention to detail

Work Mode: On-site (Chennai/Coimbatore), flexible hours for events/support as needed.
