Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to lead our enterprise-grade implementation, customization, and CI/CD projects using Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This role involves building scalable business solutions, driving adoption of key Dynamics 365 modules, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, low-code development, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing, Business Central).
• Explore, customize, and extend D365 solutions using Power Platform and Azure components.
• Optimize data models, dataflows, and performance transformations.
• Integrate D365 and Power Platform with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and connectors.
• Maintain multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) with robust governance.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines via Platform pipelines or Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and develop standards for best practices in low-code projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders/SMEs on proof-of-concept initiatives and solution adoption.
• Identify and escalate project risks related to scope, schedule, and estimates.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service, Marketing, and/or Business Central
• Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and integrations
• Proficiency with CI/CD processes (Platform pipelines or Azure DevOps)
• Experience managing multi-environment governance (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
• Mentoring/team leadership in low-code environments

Preferred Certifications (Add value to your profile)

• PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect
• PL-400: Power Platform Developer
• MB-910/MB-920: D365 Fundamentals
• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus
