Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Vari Medical Academy – Salem / Coimbatore

About Vari Medical Academy:

Vari Medical Academy is a leading NEET coaching and medical career guidance institute committed to excellence in academic support, student counseling, and career development. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic marketing and content team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media creatives, and presentations.
• Design marketing materials for admission campaigns, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Work with the academic team to design student learning materials, study planners, and course documents.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Edit and retouch images, design infographics, and assist with video content (basic editing).
• Coordinate with vendors for print material production, if required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut).
• Experience in UI/UX or website/social media layout design.
• Familiarity with education or healthcare industry branding (added advantage).

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Salary:

As per industry standards and based on experience.
