Job Summary

Manufacturing Prepare Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed

  modulation plans

  and

  shell plans

  based on architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare accurate and optimized

  manufacturing drawings

  for aluminum formwork components.
• Work in coordination with the production and planning team to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Analyze project drawings and technical specifications to create production-ready formwork layouts.
• Optimize design for

  material efficiency

  ease of assembly

  reusability

• Conduct technical reviews and provide necessary inputs for continuous design improvement.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to address issues related to shell/modulation plan discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing control per company standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and internal quality requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in

  Aluminum Formwork design

  , especially in

  modulation and shell planning

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  , and familiarity with 2D/3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit – optional).
• Understanding of

  formwork production processes

  , tolerances, and aluminum fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with modular systems and cost-efficient design practices.
