With a strong focus on quality, engineering excellence, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Designer cum Quality Check Specialist to join our organization.

Position Overview:
The Designer cum Quality Check Specialist will be responsible for creating accurate and efficient design solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and supporting the end-to-end production process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in both 2D and 3D design, sound knowledge of hydraulic systems, and the ability to perform advanced data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review designs for hydraulic lift systems, racking systems, mezzanine structures, and heavy-duty storage solutions using industry-standard design software (2D & 3D).
• Perform precise calculations for Bill of Materials (BOM), cost of production, and overall project feasibility.
• Apply engineering principles to determine hydraulic pressure, piston diameter, tank size, and load capacities.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Utilize Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting systems for project monitoring, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage AI-based tools for design optimization and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and client service for seamless project execution.
• Ensure designs align with cost efficiency, durability, and industry safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in 2D & 3D design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems and industrial storage/racking design.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
• Familiarity with AI applications in engineering and data analysis.
• Expertise in calculating hydraulic parameters, BOM, and production costs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Minimum [X years] of relevant professional experience in hydraulic systems and/or racking solutions preferred.
