Role Overview

Design Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

Own E2E technical design, requirements, delivery, and execution.
Coordinate plans with other enabling streams (e.g., data, SAP, infrastructure).
Work closely with Tech PMs, Functional teams, and Product Owners.
Act as decision authority and be accountable for technical design and delivery.

Skills & Competencies

Ability to break down system design to component level.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for guiding implementation teams.
Expertise in technical design and delivery management.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
