Job Summary:

Design Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a
scalable design system
, including
UI components, patterns, and guidelines
.
Collaborate with
UX/UI designers
to translate visual designs into reusable, production-ready code.
Work with front-end teams to
integrate the design system into multiple products and platforms
.
Ensure components and patterns adhere to
accessibility, performance, and responsive design standards
.
Create and maintain
documentation, code samples, and usage guidelines
for design system adoption.
Continuously improve the design system based on
feedback, analytics, and evolving product requirements
.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with
Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
, and integrating design systems with these tools.
Knowledge of
TypeScript and modern front-end build tools
.
Experience with
documentation platforms
(Storybook, Zeroheight, Docz).
Background in
component testing and automated visual regression testing
