Design Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Design Consultant Kohler Studio.

Job Purpose:

This role exists to aid and support the business development and specification efforts while at the same time showcasing and impressing upon both project and retail customers the various brand pillars of 1) Heritage 2)Technology 3)Luxury 4) Performance and 5)Sustainability thereby converting potential customers into leads and ultimately sales at Kohler Studio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Display and product interaction touchpoint for customers and consumers
• Lead generation – Convert Walk-ins into leads
• Luxury positioning - Strengthen the perception of brand Kohler as a luxury brand
• Showcase trends/stories - To have knowledge of the prevailing design trends
• Relationship management - Excellent relationship management with influencers and end consumers

Skills and Knowledge:

• 1-3 years in luxury brands as showroom staff or hospitality staff
• Worked with AutoCAD and other design software like Adobe Photoshop/Corel Draw and 3DS Max
• Strong communication skills
• Customer centricity

• Sound brand knowledge, particularly in the luxury marketplace.

• Microsoft Office skills required, SAP skills a plus
