Design & Project Advisor-M&I

Role Overview: As a Design & Project Advisor-M&I at Tulio, you will be responsible for a full-time on-site role based in Pune. Your role will involve a focused sales approach, client and account management, market analysis, design presentations, project management, and ensuring high-quality execution of curtain measurement and installation operations. Key Responsibilities: - Present design ideas and solutions tailored to client needs to secure deals and contracts. - Create presentations and renders for clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and timely issue resolution. - Build strong client relationships, conduct market research to identify trending products, and lead the end-to-end curtain measurement and installation operations. - Supervise a team of measurement and installation executives, ensure accurate site measurements, maintain high-quality execution during installations, and address escalations or technical challenges personally if required. - Conduct quality audits post-installation to ensure adherence to standards. Qualification Required: - Graduate from a premier institute in Textile Design, Interior Design, or Architecture (B.Arch). - Minimum 8 years of experience in textile design, home dcor, or interior design. - Strong client management skills, preferably with exposure to HNI clients. - Proficiency in reading and translating design drawings on-site. - Ability to manage multiple sites and teams across locations, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.,
