Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design & Project Advisor-M&I (Measure and Install) based in Pune.

Role: Design & Project Advisor – M&I

• Focused Sales Approach.

• Client and Account Management.

• Market Analysis

• Present design ideas, solutions tailored to client needs, aiming to secure deals and contracts.

• Create presentations and renders and present them to the clients.

• Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

• Build strong client relationships by ensuring full engagement and earning their trust in Tulio’s capabilities.

• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about current trends and industry developments, with

• the goal of identifying and developing trending products through research and innovation.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end curtain measurement and installation operations.

• Supervise a team of measurement and installation executives

• Ensure accurate site measurements are taken and documented using standard procedures.

• Maintain high-quality execution and customer satisfaction during installations.

• Address escalations or technical challenges during installation, personally if required.

• Conduct quality audits post-installation to ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a premier institute in

  Textile Design / Interior Design / Architecture (B.Arch)

  .

• 8+ years of experience

  in textile design, home décor, or interior design.
• Strong client management skills, preferably with exposure to

  HNI clients

  .
• Proficiency in reading and translating design drawings on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams across locations.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
