Design & Project Advisor-M&I

As a Design & Project Advisor M&I (Measure and Install) at Tulio, your role will involve a focused sales approach, client and account management, market analysis, and presenting design ideas tailored to client needs to secure deals and contracts. You will be responsible for creating presentations and renders, promptly responding to client inquiries, and building strong client relationships to earn their trust in Tulio's capabilities. Your duties will also include conducting ongoing market research to identify trending products, leading and managing end-to-end curtain measurement and installation operations, supervising a team of measurement and installation executives, ensuring accurate site measurements, maintaining high-quality execution during installations, and addressing escalations or technical challenges if required. Additionally, you will be conducting quality audits post-installation to ensure adherence to standards. Qualifications: - Graduate from a premier institute in Textile Design / Interior Design / Architecture (B.Arch). - 8+ years of experience in textile design, home dcor, or interior design. - Strong client management skills, preferably with exposure to HNI clients. - Proficiency in reading and translating design drawings on-site. - Ability to manage multiple sites and teams across locations. - Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.,
