Design Manager

As a Design Manager at Indroyal Furniture Company Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design process and managing a team of designers to deliver high-quality modular kitchen & furniture designs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery and maintaining design standards. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and Adobe Creative Suite, along with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in leading design teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the design process and team of designers effectively - Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of designs - Stay updated on modular kitchen & furniture design trends and materials - Utilize strong leadership and team management skills to guide the design team - Coordinate design projects and ensure successful project management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interior Design, or related field - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and Adobe Creative Suite - Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in leading design teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of modular kitchen & furniture design trends and materials Please note that candidates from Kerala who can join on short notice will be given preference for this full-time on-site role in Trivandrum.
