💼 What You’ll Do:

• 👥 Manage a team of 10–15 interior designers

• 🔄 Drive design process excellence & transformational roadmaps

• 🗓️ 7+ years of experience required

• 📈 Lead business process & operational excellence initiatives

• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery

• ✔️ Conduct periodic audits to ensure process adherence

• 🌟 Maintain high team morale & a strong performance culture

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• 👨‍💼 Strong people & team management skills

• 🎯 Expertise in Business Process Excellence / Project Management / Six Sigma

• 🧠 Excellent analytical, communication & leadership abilities

• 📊 Advanced MS Excel skills

• 📌 Highly organized, detail-oriented & client-obsessed

• ⚡ Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
