Design Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with exceptional concept design skills, in-depth material knowledge, and proven experience in team leadership. The ideal candidate will lead the design team, coordinate with clients, and oversee the successful execution of high-end interior/architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client requirements.
• Lead and manage a design team of 5–10 members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee material selection, ensuring the best balance of aesthetics, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate with clients, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in interior/architectural design.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (mandatory).
• Strong creative vision with excellent concept development skills.
• Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry trends.
• Proven experience in team management and client coordination.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
