About Us:

FAE Beauty is a fast-growing D2C beauty brand based out of Mumbai. We conceptualise and create beauty products for everyone - bringing to our community a real, authentic and unfiltered representation of beauty with our innovative, effective and accessible cosmetic and skincare products.

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s excited to learn, experiment, and grow. You’ll work closely with our Head of Design and creative team to bring bold, memorable visuals to life across digital and print platforms. If you’re passionate about design and beauty - especially the kind that breaks the mould - and you’re constantly inspired by new-age aesthetics, digital culture, and what’s next in beauty in India, you’ll fit right in. We’re not here to play safe - and neither should you be. We love designers who question the status quo, think visually, and always want to create work that challenges old-school beauty standards.

What you’ll do:

● Bring visual ideas to life - for newsletters, packaging, layouts, website, social media and advertisements across platforms

● Assist in creating brand, campaign, and social content across digital and print

● Support with ad design innovation, experimenting with fresh formats and styles

● Help with video editing, motion graphics, and animated content

● Collaborate with marketing and design teams to turn briefs into compelling assets

What we’re looking for:

Must haves:

● Experience in graphic design or related creative fields

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

● A strong portfolio showing a clear design sensibility and an eye for typography, layout, and color

● Passion for beauty and design, and a strong interest in how visual storytelling can reshape culture

● Curiosity for new-age design, internet aesthetics, and emerging creative trends

● Skills across graphic design, video editing, illustration, animation, and UI/UX

● A design-related degree or relevant training/experience

● A self-starter mindset - you take initiative, stay curious, and love to learn

Great to have:

● You’ve dabbled in 3D, experimental animation, or interface design (Figma is a plus)

● You think deeply about visual culture, beauty in India, and how design can challenge norms
