Design Head

A Design Head leads and manages a company's design team, overseeing the entire design process from strategy to execution. Key responsibilities include setting design strategy, mentoring designers, managing projects, and ensuring all designs align with the company's brand and business goals. The role requires a combination of creative, strategic, and leadership skills, with frequent collaboration across departments. Core responsibilities

• Leadership and mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing feedback, mentoring, and fostering a creative environment.
• Design strategy: Develop and execute the overall design vision, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and brand identity.
• Project management: Oversee design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure cohesive and strategic design solutions.
• Quality assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and consistency across all design deliverables and platforms.
• Market awareness: Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to keep designs innovative and competitive.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
