Location: Magarpatta, Pune Reports To: COO (Chief Operating Officer) Department: Operations Position Overview: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office is responsible for driving the operational efficiency, strategy, and growth of the organization. This role involves working closely with the CEO and other senior leadership teams to implement strategies, manage operational processes, optimize business performance, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations across all departments. The COO Office ensures alignment of company objectives with operational tactics and works toward operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to create and execute operational strategies. Oversee the alignment of the operational strategy with business goals and objectives. Identify and address operational inefficiencies, and introduce improvements and innovations. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of performance and accountability. Work closely with department heads to monitor operational KPIs and deliver continuous performance improvement. Provide coaching, mentorship, and support for leadership development within the organization. Process Optimization: Streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Implement best practices, standardized procedures, and automation where applicable to enhance operational performance. Monitor and ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance regulations, and safety protocols. Project and Program Management: Oversee critical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and integration of resources. Resolve conflicts and promote teamwork across functional areas. Coordinate with HR, finance, marketing, and other key departments to support operational goals. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to assess performance, operational effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular operational reports to the CEO and board of directors. Implement performance tracking and reporting systems that provide actionable insights. Change Management: Lead the development and implementation of change management initiatives across the organization. Ensure that changes in processes, tools, and strategies are smoothly integrated into daily operations. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders during periods of transition. Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Oversee the operational budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Work closely with the finance team to monitor financial performance and address cost management concerns.
