Responsibility :-
* Lead the design of forging dies, tools, and fixtures using Auto cad / Solid work NX CAD.
* Create 2D/3D models for hot, warm, and cold forging components.
* Ensure design for manufacturability, material flow, and tool durability.
* Work closely with production, quality, and tool room teams.
* Review and validate designs through simulation and prototyping.
* Maintain documentation, version control, and design data integrity.
* Manage and mentor a team of design engineers.
Skills :-
* Proficiency in Autocad/ Solid Work and Siemens NX (Unigraphics) –Part modeling, assembly, drafting.
* Strong knowledge of forging techniques, materials, and GD&T.
* Hands-on experience in closed-die and open-die forging design.
* Familiarity with simulation tools like DEFORM/QForm.
* Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
