Design Head

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Design head to lead our design team. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual design abilities, excellent knowledge of material selection, and proven experience in managing both people and projects. This role involves collaborating with clients, conducting site visits, and ensuring high-quality design delivery aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10-15 designers.
• Develop innovative design concepts and present them effectively to clients.
• Oversee material selection and ensure best practices in design execution.
• Coordinate with clients, understand requirements, and provide design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and consultants to meet project timelines.
• Maintain high design standards and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong conceptual design and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and latest design trends.
• Proven ability to manage and inspire a design team.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of project execution and site coordination.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or similar).

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design (mandatory).

Location – Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
