Design Execution Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Execution Manager to oversee the seamless implementation of interior design projects from concept to completion. This role involves managing multiple project sites, supervising teams, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining the design vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site execution for all interior projects, ensuring work aligns with design plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with design teams, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure quality control of all on-site activities, finishes, and materials as per approved samples.
• Manage procurement schedules, material planning, and inventory to avoid delays.
• Resolve on-site challenges or technical issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and client updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor workforce efficiency, allocate tasks to site supervisors, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site management/execution within the interior design or Architecture industry.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and technical drawings.
• Proven experience in project scheduling, vendor management, and resource planning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
