Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer located in Puducherry. The Design Engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities include creating detailed technical drawings using Solidworks & Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine product designs, and providing engineering support throughout the product development lifecycle. The role also involves evaluating existing designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Design Engineering and Product Design principles
Expertise in Mechanical Engineering, including proficiency in analyzing mechanical systems
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating detailed technical drawings
Understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts and their application in product development
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in the manufacturing or product development industry is preferred
