812 years of experience in retail interior fit-out project execution.

Proven ability to handle 45 projects simultaneously, managing 10+ site supervisors & vendors.

Strong in project planning, BOQs, timelines, and cost control.

Must have worked with renowned interior/retail execution firms (JLL, Livspace, Space Matrix, etc.).

2. Operations Manager

7–9 years in retail fit-out/interior operations & site execution.

Expertise in installation management, manpower allocation, attendance, and compliance.

Strong coordination with design, production, and procurement teams.

Excellent client-handling & multi-site execution skills.

3. Business Development Manager (Furniture/Fixtures)

3–5 years in sales & business development (furniture/fixture/retail interiors).

Proven track record in client acquisition & revenue growth.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to develop strategies & deliver tailored proposals.

4. Billing Engineer

2–5 years in billing, estimation & quantity surveying (retail/interior projects).

Expertise in client billing, subcontractor billing, BOQ, and rate analysis.

Strong in AutoCAD, MS Excel & billing software.

Good knowledge of GST, contracts, and compliance.

8. Planning Executive
