Job Description

Qualification:

Experience:

Design, develop, and configure
SCADA systems
.
Create
SCADA Screen /
HMI graphics, dashboards, trends, alarms, plant mimics
for process monitoring and control.
Integrate SCADA with
PLCs, RTUs, analyzers, sensors, VFDs
, and other field devices.
Prepare
control philosophies, interlock logic, and I/O lists
Interface PLC data with
IoT gateways, data loggers, and cloud platforms
Develop and configure
historical trending, reporting, data logging, and historian systems
.
Prepare
system architecture diagrams
, network design, and I/O mapping.
Perform FAT,SAT, loop Checking and field Commissioning.
Perform
communication setup
via Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, MQTT, etc.
Troubleshoot
SCADA performance issues
, communication failures, and system alarms.
Configure control room visualization and central monitoring systems.
Ensure
cybersecurity compliance
, backup strategy, user-level management, and redundancy.
Prepare
documentation, manuals, SOPs
, and training modules for plant operations.
Support commissioning teams during
plant start-up and optimization
.

Required Skills:
