Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for resistance welding machines.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with electrical and control engineers to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Conduct design reviews and make iterative improvements based on testing and feedback.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and maintenance guides.
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in welding equipment or industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar).
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
