List of Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems and products for automotive and EV applications. Lead research initiatives, perform experiments and conduct thorough analyses to assess performance efficiencies and meet engineering specifications. Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations. Analyse mechanical systems, identifying areas for technological enhancements or innovations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success from conception through to production. Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical issues. Utilize advanced CAD software for effective modelling and simulation in design tasks. Carry out feasibility studies and cost analyses to optimize project resources and timelines. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine engineering processes and methodologies. List of Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. At least 2-5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development, especially within the consumer electronics or automotive industries. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Creo, CATIA and FEA tools like Ansys or Abaqus. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, mechanics, materials science, and thermodynamics. Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and technical drawing interpretation. Proven ability in managing projects and leading teams.
