Design Engineer

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for creating 2D and 3D models of equipments, developing pattern

to initiate inspection reports, and conducting quality inspections. The Design Engineer will work

closely with the production team to ensure that developed products meet the highest standards of

quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop 2D and 3D models of equipments using any updated computer-aided design

(CAD) software.

Develop technical design and/ or verification documentations, draft engineering and test plans,

drawings, 3D models as needed.

Culture pattern inspection reports to ensure that patterns meet the necessary specifications.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure that designs are optimized for efficiency and

effectiveness.

Develop, verify and validate test methods and prototypes as needed to ensure that products meet the

highest standards of quality and safety.

Optimize product design, material selection, product features, process design and human-factor needs

based on the project needs.

Analyze the design and utilize robust engineering principles to ensure that the design is optimized to

satisfy product and business requirements.

Should be able to work on drawings, modeling using CAD packages.

Review and analyze product specifications and engineering drawings to identify potential issues and

recommend solutions.

Coordinate with the cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing

Technology, Operations etc.) to deliver the design solutions.

Create solutions for technical problems using systematic problem-solving methodologies and

engineering principles

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in design engineering.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CAD software (2D & 3D) such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
