Design Director

As a Design Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and articulating the creative vision and direction for the brand. You will be responsible for translating objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies, staying updated with industry trends, and ensuring that the team's creative work aligns with the brand requirements. Collaboration will be key as you work with internal teams to understand project objectives, brainstorm creative concepts, develop storyboards and visual references, and articulate and sell creative ideas that align with business goals. Your role will also involve overseeing the execution of creative concepts, providing guidance to the team, ensuring quality control, and maintaining consistent and impactful visual outcomes while meeting deadlines and client expectations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the brand's creative branding and identity, ensuring consistency in visual assets and contributing creative insights to marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for art direction of various digital content, social media assets, ads, photoshoots, packaging, and more.
