Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Design & Development Engineer with 4 years of experience in product design and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, prototyping, and improving products to meet market and customer requirements. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products from concept to production.
• Prepare 2D/3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and tolerance analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D, marketing) for product improvements.
• Conduct design validation, prototyping, and testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Modify and upgrade existing products to meet customer requirements and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Support manufacturing and suppliers during the production stage.
• Stay updated with the latest design tools, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product design & development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks &AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and design validation processes.
• Experience in prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹274,804.74 - ₹1,236,553.33 per year
