Design & Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of

  Sheet Metal Design.

• Capable Of Issuing  Part & Assembly drawings To Production.
• Highly Preferable If Worked In Power Distribution Panel Design(In Terms Of Sheet Metal Enclosure)

• Able To Work In Shifts.

• Experience in design & development of mechanical products 2D/3D CAD packages (

  Solid Works, Creo, Catia, Inventor, Autocad

  )
• Should have strong knowledge about drawings, dimensioning standards, tolerance standards
• Responsible for planning and developing new product as per customer requirement
• Preparation, review & control of internal technical documents
• Carry out feasibility study for new designs
• Preparing documents such as PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, PSW
• Minimizing performance bottlenecks for higher productivity
• Prepare design parameters and Bill of Material.

OR

General Arrangement Drawings of Control Panel, LED Light Products & other Units

create Solid, Surface, Sheet Metal models, its Assembly modelling & it’s manufacturing drawings in Solidwork  software (even better if he has knowledge of Autodesk inventor software)

* Knowledge on Auto CAD, Micro Soft Office.

* Involvement in Die Casting (Plastic, Aluminium), Fabrication and Production for Special Projects.

* Knowledge of BOM creation & coordination with supplier for implementation of designed models.

2-4 Years

Software expertise in AutoCAD/Solidwork

Working experience of Sheet Metal design & BOM Creation
