Design & Development Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a skilled and innovative Design & Development Engineer with 4 years of experience in product design and development. Your primary responsibility will involve conceptualizing, designing, prototyping, and improving products to meet market and customer requirements. This role demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop new products from concept to production. - Prepare 2D/3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. - Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and tolerance analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D, marketing) for product enhancements. - Perform design validation, prototyping, and testing to ensure functionality and reliability. - Modify and upgrade existing products to align with customer requirements and cost targets. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Provide support to manufacturing and suppliers during the production phase. - Keep abreast of the latest design tools, materials, and technologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering (or related field). - Minimum 4 years of experience in product design & development. - Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks & AutoCAD). - Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and design validation processes. - Experience in prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities.,
