Role Overview: You will be a Design Coordinator at Apple Hotels & Resorts, located in Nariman Point, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the design process and coordinate with the project team for effective communication. - Monitor day-to-day project activities and review architectural plans to ensure compliance with specifications. - Manage submittals and timelines effectively. - Provide design recommendations and solutions to team members. - Utilize your strong design management skills and understanding of architecture and project management. - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Use your experience in interpreting architectural plans and specifications. - Proficient in ACAD and other relevant tools. Qualifications: - Strong design management skills with an understanding of architecture and project management. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience in managing submittals and timelines. - Proficient in ACAD and other relevant tools. - Experience interpreting architectural plans and specifications. - Ability to provide design recommendations and solutions to team members. - Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus.,
