Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vertical transportation ( Elevators & Escalator) Design Consultant located in Mumbai. The Design Consultant will be responsible for providing solution to real estate developers for vertical transportation that includes use of software for lift analysis, preparing reports, technical tender document, reviewing technical drawings, bid evaluation, negotiations. Compliance of design to applicable codes and standards.The role requires close collaboration with clients/ architects to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with clients and team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical or a related field is beneficiaL
