Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Consultant based in Mumbai. The Design Consultant will be responsible for providing design expertise on residential, commercial and multi-use buildings and prepare technical tender document, engage in technical evaluation with major MNC elevator OEMs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements, developing design concepts, selecting appropriate design for vertical transportation in line with National Building Code and applicable standards for elevators and escalators

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in design software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical,Mechanical, or related field is preferred
• knowledge of excel, power point presentation
